A Monterey man was arrested Monday, July 3 after the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call that a man shot a vehicle with a handgun while a person was inside the vehicle.  A few minutes later another 911 call was received saying that a man was pointing a handgun at residents in the area in Monterey.
