The Culver Town Council members opened one of two planned public hearings on the Culver Park project Tuesday night.  The park project is expected to receive funding through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) in the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Initiative.
