The Oregon-Davis School Corporation has finalized the dates for summer school. Superintendent Dr. Don Harman says the Jump Start program will take place from July 23 to August 3 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. “Both building principals will be getting information out to those parents very soon, so that parents get that information about Jump Start.”

Knox Elementary School Sees Slightly Higher Numbers for Kindergarten Roundup
The Knox Community School Corporation has reason to be hopeful about its future enrollment numbers. Elementary School Principal Glenn Barnes says about 96 children attended the school’s recent kindergarten roundup. He told the school board last week that number’s a little higher than it’s been in past years.

Oregon-Davis Kindergarten Roundup is April 16
Kindergarten roundup for prospective Oregon-Davis students for the 2014-2015 school year is Wednesday, April 16.
Children must be the age of five on or before Aug. 1 in order to be eligible for kindergarten. Parents and children must attend registration as basic skills assessments will be conducted and forms will need to be completed.
Knox Kindergarten Roundup Set for This Week
Kindergarten Roundup at Knox Community Elementary School is Thursday and Friday in the elementary school library.
If your child is the age of five on or before Aug. 1, 2013, you may sign up him or her on April 11 at 6 p.m. or April 12 at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. or 1 p.m.
Knox Kindergarten Roundup Scheduled for April 25th
Kindergarten Roundup for students entering the Knox Community Elementary School is scheduled for Wednesday, April 25th.
Four sessions will be held beginning at 9:00 a.m. Open registration is at 6:00 p.m. CT at the Elementary School. Parents should bring a birth certificate, social security card and an immunization record for each student that enrolls.
Culver Community Schools Kindergarten Roundup On Its Way
Kindergarten enrollment for Culver Community Schools is scheduled for Thursday, April 26 at 6 p.m. in the Culver Elementary School Cafeteria. According to Superintendent Brad Schuldt, the Kindergarten Roundup will inform parents of what health records are required, forms needed for registration, kindergarten screening, Indiana curriculum standards, and other programs available for kindergartners.
