Knox Sergeant Chad Dulin said his K9 partner O’Neill ended up being ranked third out of 87 participating dogs in the Fast Dog/Hard Dog competition which tested agility, speed and apprehension skills.

The Knox Police Department’s K-9 O’Neill will soon be equipped with a brand new ballistics vest thanks to a generous donation.
Sergeant Chad Dulin, who serves as the city’s K-9 officer delivered the monthly report for the police department at Wednesday morning’s Board of Works meeting.
During the report, Sergeant Dulin said a $1,000 donation was received and those funds were utilized to order a new vest for his K-9 partner. Continue reading
