Mobile Food Pantry to Stop by Knox United Methodist Church this Friday

Nearly 13 percent of Northern Indiana residents suffer from food insecurity; that’s approximately 279,240 Hoosiers!

Such a startling statistic reflects that you may have neighbors, friends or family members who suffer silently as they wonder where their next meal will come from.

Food Finders Mobile Food Pantry to Visit Pulaski County

food-findersThe Food Finders Mobile Pantry is headed to Francesville for the first time.

The food giveaway day is Friday, Oct. 3 at 11 a.m. ET at 229 S. Bill Street, behind the Von Tobel building.

Those eligible will be able to take home frozen meat, beverages, snacks, baked goods, vegetables, and cereal. Residents are encouraged to take a laundry basket or box in order to carry the food home.

Mobile Food Pantry Servicing Starke County Residents

  
 

Are you having trouble making ends meet? No need to worry about affording groceries this week because representatives from the Food Bank of Northern Indiana will be making rounds in the area providing food to less fortunate Indiana residents.

This Mobile Food Pantry works on a first come, first served basis. The only requirements needed are a valid Indiana driver’s license or ID and bags or boxes to carry your food.
