The Eastern Pulaski School Board has finalized arrangements for this year’s School Board Scholarship. Alyssa Cornwell was chosen as this year’s scholarship recipient, according to outgoing Superintendent Dan Foster.
Continue readingA state audit has prompted an adjustment in the adult breakfast price at Eastern Pulaski Schools. Superintendent Dan Foster told the school board last week that school food authorities have to be audited once every three years. “They come in. They check your prices. They look at your calories. They just check everything out,” he explained. “It’s a federal program, so they want to make sure federal dollars are being spent appropriately.”
The Culver Community Schools Corporation is keeping Casey Howard as its business manager. A contract renewal was approved by the school board Monday. Howard said the only changes were a reduction in the days of service and an increase in the life insurance policy.
