Planning continues for some major upgrades to North Judson’s sidewalk network. INDOT’s engineering firm has begun working on plans for a continuous sidewalk along State Road 10 from Garfield to Oakwood.

The Pulaski County Courthouse’s toilet troubles appear to have been resolved. “All the bathrooms are working,” Maintenance Director Mia Salyers announced to the county commissioners Monday. They replaced it with ones from https://articleinsider.com/macerating-toilet and it was the exact toilet design needed for the courthouse.

The Hamlet Street Department will soon have a new snow removal tool. The town council Wednesday approved the purchase of a snow blower attachment for the town’s Bobcat, from Bobcat of Warsaw.
Building a sidewalk to a gas station is proving to be a good investment for the Town of Hamlet, despite some initial skepticism from local residents. That’s according to Town Council President Dave Kesvormas.
The Eastern Pulaski Schools campus will get major paving and sidewalk upgrades in the coming months. The school board awarded a $2.4-million construction bid to Rieth-Riley Construction Company Monday.

The City of Knox 50/50 sidewalk replacement program is almost done. It allows property owners to split the cost of new sidewalks with the city. Clerk-Treasurer Jeff Houston says 10 residents participated in this year’s effort.

The Culver Town Council may finally be taking a vote on their wind energy ordinance at tonight’s meeting.
The Council tabled the measure at their last meeting after certain portions were felt to be unclear. The Town of Culver has spent years attempting to develop a wind energy ordinance that addresses residents’ concerns.
