The Town of Winamac is outlining plans to gradually reopen its facilities to the public. The town’s parks will open on Saturday, May 30, with facility rentals tentatively scheduled to start that day, as well. Park users will have to follow the CDC’s social distancing guidelines, and gatherings will initially be limited to 100 people.

Winamac Town Hall Hours to Change
The office hours at Winamac Town Hall are changing.
The Winamac Town Board approved the request for the change by Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Parish-Berger. Beginning May 1st, Town Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. ET and closed on Saturdays.
Government Offices will be Closed for the New Year Holiday
Full-service license branches will be closed on Saturday, January 1st in observance of New Year’s Day. Branches will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, January 4th at 8:30 a.m. prevailing time.
Government Offices Will be Closed for Christmas Holiday
Several government buildings will be closed due to the Christmas holiday.
The Post Office will be open Friday from 8:00 a.m. to Noon CT only. Mail will not be delivered until Monday, December 27th. The Starke County Courthouse and the Pulaski County Courthouse will be closed Thursday and Friday this week. The Bureau of Motor Vehicle branches will be closed Friday and will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, December 28th.
