The plan commission previously approved the Deer Trace Road to be accepted and needs the commissioners’ final approval.
Booker explained that a cul-de-sac within that area will be paved by the highway department and showed pictures of the area to the commissioners. Three lots are alongside the road.
A public hearing was opened to the public and, hearing no comments, the commissioners closed the hearing and formally accepted the road.
