Starke County Voting Machine Test Scheduled Friday

  
 

Starke County officials are preparing for the upcoming election. They will be testing electronic voting machines on Friday, Oct. 7th at 1 p.m. in the second floor hallway of the Starke County Courthouse. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the test.

Prospective voters have until Tuesday, Oct. 11 at noon to register or update their registration information. This can be done online at www.IndianaVoters.com or in person at the BMV or county clerk’s office in your county of residence.

Voters who do have a valid Indiana Driver’s License Number or Indiana State Identification Number available, you can download and print the Indiana Voter Registration Application (VRG-7) and register to vote by mail.

Tech savvy voters can also register or update their information by downloading the Indiana Voters app for Apple or Android devices.

In-person absentee voting starts Wednesday, Oct. 12th and concludes on Monday, Nov. 7th at the Starke County courthouse.
