The Pulaski County Commissioners are expected to continue their discussion of court software this morning. Pulaski County could save $25,000 a year by switching to the Odyssey case management system used by most of the rest of the state.
However, there could also be some significant initial expenses, since the system would require new computer equipment and Internet service upgrades. County Clerk Christi Hoffa has also expressed concerns about Odyssey’s tech support, among other issues.
Also during this morning’s commissioners meeting, Highway Superintendent Terry Ruff, EMS Director Nikki Lowry, CDC Executive Director Nathan Origer, and Recycling & Transfer Station Manager Brad Bonnell are all scheduled to give their regular reports. An update on the Panhandle Pathway will also be given.
This morning’s Pulaski County Commissioners meeting starts at 8:00 a.m. EDT at the Pulaski County Courthouse.
