Attorneys with cases in Starke Circuit Court can now file many documents electronically. It’s currently an option for more than 40 types of cases, according to information shared by the state. On Tuesday, Aug. 1st electronic filing will be mandatory for subsequent and initial Starke Circuit Court filings in case types that allow it.
