Knox Schools on Lockdown

Knox Community School Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart continues to assess the situation that prompted a lockdown of all schools Monday morning.

A phone call came into the corporation where an individual threatened the safety of students and staff.  Law enforcement officials are at each of the schools and continue to investigate the issue.

Dr. Reichhart told WKVI news that the lockdown was a precaution and no students are in imminent danger. Protocols were put into place to ensure safety of everyone at the school.
