Oregon-Davis to Host Red Cross Blood Drive Tomorrow

You can help save someone’s life by donating blood during one of several upcoming Red Cross Blood Drives. Oregon-Davis Junior/Senior High School is hosting a blood drive tomorrow from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT.

School officials say that for every pint of blood that’s donated, the school will earn scholarship money for a couple lucky seniors. The school hopes to donate over 100 pints of blood over the course of this school year.

If you can’t make it to tomorrow’s blood drive at Oregon-Davis, the Red Cross has some others scheduled for next week. Culver Academies’ Fleet Gymnasium will be the site of a Red Cross Blood Drive Sunday afternoon from 12:30 to 5:30 EST. On Monday, you’ll be able to give blood at North Judson-San Pierre Junior/Senior High School from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST and at Ancilla College in Donaldson from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.
