Winamac Town Council members will be appointing a member to the Winamac Economic Development Commission when they meet tonight at 6 p.m. ET.
As a part of the town manager’s report, Brad Zellers will discuss the fire protection agreement, tax abatement for ISIS and medical insurance.
Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Berger’s report will cover a notice that was received from the Department of Local Government Finance and un-cashed and undelivered checks. She will also discuss updates to the ordinance book and the approval of a fire contract with Monroe Township.
Sheila Jimenez and Art Hoffman will provide public input during tonight’s meeting. Superintendents will deliver their reports and council members will revisit some old business surrounding Jason Potthoff’s property.
The Winamac Town Council meeting will be held in the Utilities Complex at 623 W. 11th Street.
