Knox Water Superintendent Todd Gardner announced his resignation at the Knox Board of Public Works meeting on Wednesday morning.
Gardner will be leaving the position after being hired in 2012. He previously worked for the Union-North United School in LaVille and at Ancilla College in the maintenance department.
He simply told the board that it was time for him to move on. He added that he will complete some of the major reports before his last day, which is tentatively set for Friday, March 16.
