Francesville Police Vehicle to Get New Radar

The Francesville Town Council approved a new piece of equipment for the new police vehicle.

Council members approved the purchase of a new radar sensor for the new police vehicle. The old system was not in good working order. According to Clerk-Treasurer Linda Bennett, the sensor will have a warranty and a certificate. The cost of the radar is $1,850.

The police department just received a new 2018 Dodge pickup and the new system will be installed in that vehicle.
