State Road 8 will be closed west of Knox for railroad crossing repairs starting Monday. The Starke County Highway Department says Norfolk Southern Railway will be working on the track structure and restoring the highway surface.
The crossing is located between State Road 39 and U.S. 35, near the Starke County Airport. The closure’s expected to last from Monday morning at 8:00 to Thursday, April 19 at 5:00 p.m.
