West Central School Board Approves Summer School Classes

 

The West Central School Board members approved summer school classes as recommended.

Superintendent Don Street said there are a variety of classes available.

“They approved Elementary Special Education, the Trojan Opportunity Academy at the high school which offers online courses at the school directed by a teacher, adult education and Certified Nursing Assistant, the STEM program at the elementary school, and then Driver’s Education.”

Street added that breakfast and lunch will be provided to students at the school during summer school. Lunch will also be provided at the West Side Community Reading Corner in Medaryville and the Francesville-Salem Township Public Library. In addition, a snack will be provided after summer swimming lessons.
