U.S. 35 in Knox will get a new road surface in an INDOT project set to begin at the end of July.
U.S. 35 will be resurfaced between State Road 8 north of Knox and State Road 8 at Culver Road. The work is anticipated to take two months. Lane closures are expected with flaggers directing traffic.
Walsh and Kelly will be completing the paving work as well as the installation of ADA compliant curbs and ramps along U.S. 35 in Knox from Carlson Drive to Water Street. The company has been given a notice to proceed with that project to be complete in late August.
