Eastern Pulaski Announces First Distinguished Alumni Class

The Eastern Pulaski Community School Corporation has named its first group of distinguished alumni. The 2018 Winamac High School Distinguished Alumni Class contains six names:

  • Bryce Brumm (’91), the owner and operator of Standard Industrial in Winamac
  • Pamela (Warren) Burger (’74), a longtime teacher at Winamac High School
  • Daniel Frain (’69), a former Pulaski County coroner and county council member, as well as a longtime funeral director
  • Cheryl Goble (’75), a chiropractor with offices in Winamac, Rochester, and Lafayette

Posthumous inductees:

  • Ralph Braun (’62), BraunAbility founder
  • Tyler Fox (’07), U.S. Marine

Nominations for the Winamac High School Distinguished Alumni Class were open to graduates of Winamac High School, Pulaski High School, or Star City High School.

Eastern Pulaski Superintendent Dan Foster says the program is designed to demonstrate that many paths are available to Winamac graduates to lead successful and productive lives, while also honoring those who have done that. A formal recognition ceremony will be held in September. The living inductees will be invited to speak to students about their careers and service to the community.
