Another busy festival season is in the books for the Winamac Town Park. Park Manager Dave DeLorenzo reviewed this summer’s Pulaski County 4-H Fair and Northern Indiana Power from the Past show, during last week’s park board meeting.
He said that both groups’ volunteers do a great job at working with him before, during, and after their events. DeLorenzo added that 4-H Club members helped clean up the small pieces of litter left behind. Board member Jon Chapman commented that it appears to be more of a partnership between the town and the organizations than it’s been in a long time.
DeLorenzo also recognized Don Darda and the Winamac Tree Committee for pruning several trees in the Town Park.
