Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum Presents Santa Trains

Santa trains will run at the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum on the first four Saturdays of the month in December.

Passengers will rise in a vintage commuter coach for a few miles from north Judson to English Lake where Santa will visit with children along the way. Children will receive a small gift bag with an ornament, toys and sweets from Santa. The train will return to the depot after it crosses the Kankakee River.

Trains will depart for an hour-long train ride on Dec. 1, Dec. 8 and Dec. 15 at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. CT from the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum in North Judson. The last and only train ride on Saturday, Dec. 22 is at 12:30 p.m. CT. Ticket prices are $9 and are pro-rated depending on age. Tickets may be purchased at hoosiervalley.org or by calling the train depot at 574-896-3950 on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT.
