The Knox Community School Board members approved the employment of a new corporation Treasurer Monday night.
Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart recommended the hire of Rose Workman to the position. She is a former Knox High School graduate.
Jenny Tow had been serving in the interim position following the employment of Dawn Bailey. Bailey served as the treasurer and business manager since April of 2018 when Sherry Fort entered retirement.
Workman officially begins her duties in the Central Office on Feb. 4.
