The Culver Town Council members approved the second and third readings of an ordinance that rezones a property owned by Cord Associates to R-2.
Plans for that property on Cass Street near Cavalier Drive include a proposed daycare facility. It would be built as a quadplex as it would have four separate units, but it would appear like a ranch-style building.
The property is actually in county zoning limits which requires annexation. The property needed to be rezoned to an R-2 zone for the purposes of the project.
The additional readings passed with a unanimous vote.
