Knox School Board Approves Retirements, Personnel Changes

The Knox Community School Board approved several retirements at their most recent meeting.

Technology Director Jim Landrum submitted his retirement request that will take effect on Wednesday, July 31.  Superintendent Dr. William Reichhart said the board wishes him the best.  Those same sentiments were given about Roger Osborn as 5th grade teacher whose retirement also becomes effective at the end of the month.

In other personnel matters, Dr. Reichhart noted that David Miller will be taking over as the instructor of the Redskin Academy.  Miller will lead students in the second year of the corporation’s successful alternative high school program.  Former instructor, Rhonda Cavinder, was hired as a junior/senior high school special education teacher at the Oregon-Davis School Corporation.
