Pulaski County residents will get the chance to hear some updated recommendations for the future of the Courthouse and Justice Center tonight. A public presentation will take place at 6:00 p.m. EDT at the Courthouse.
Indiana Landmarks is covering the cost of having Rowland Design look into ways to keep the courthouse in use, while also addressing the county’s facilities needs. The architectural firm is also exploring different options, including an addition to the Justice Center that was first proposed in December.
Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer, who’s serving as the county’s liaison for the effort, told the county council Monday that architects from Rowland Design will present a “slightly-past-preliminary” report on their facilities study.
