Local school corporations are sharing their eLearning plans for the coming weeks. The Knox Community School Corporation has scheduled eLearning days for Tuesday, March 17; Wednesday, March 18; Friday, March 20; Monday, March 23; Wednesday, March 25 and Friday, March 27.
Meanwhile, the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation says it’s limiting the number of eLearning days to two per week. They’ll be held Tuesday, March 17; Wednesday, March 18; Monday, March 23; Wednesday, March 25; Monday, April 6 and Wednesday, April 8. Assignments will be due each Sunday by 11:59 p.m.
In a letter to parents Monday, N.J.-S.P. school officials said the eLearning schedule takes into account the face that many older students will be taking care of younger siblings and that many homes will have multiple students sharing one device. Families with students who don’t have internet access are asked to contact their child’s teacher to arrange alternative assignments.
