Three COVID-19 Cases Reported in Marshall County

The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Marshall County has risen to three.

The first case was reported on Wednesday.  An update provided by the Indiana State Department of Health on Friday says that there are four cases in Marshall County, but Marshall County officials note that one case was reported twice.

Marshall County Health Department officials are following through with protocols in place to investigate the cases.

If you notice that you have a fever, cough and trouble breathing, contact your physician and pursue action from there.

Those with underlying medical conditions are more vulnerable to the disease that currently has no vaccine.  Older adults and residents who have heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at a higher risk of developing serious complications.

The COVID-19 hotline is 574-335-8560.
