Many waste hauling businesses have notified municipal officials about a change in trash collection services during this pandemic.
In many instances, waste haulers are not picking up bulk items for a few weeks. Waste industry workers will only collect bags inside the garbage totes or cans due to an increased volume of trash. Trash will be accepted if in bags.
These restrictions will be in place until further notice.
