Another Marshall County Resident Tests Positive for COVID-19, Statewide Total Surpasses 11,000

Another Marshall County resident has tested positive for COVID-19. The county has now seen 23 positive cases out of 280 total tests, according to Sunday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health.

Starke County has had 11 positive cases and one death, while Pulaski County has had one positive case. The Westville Correctional Facility continues to see its number of confirmed cases increase, with 122 offenders having tested positive, according to the Indiana Department of Correction.

More than 11,000 Hoosiers have now tested positive for COVID-19, with 577 new cases reported by the ISDH on Sunday. Another 17 COVID-19 Indiana residents have died, bringing the state’s death count to 562.

While more women have been diagnosed with COVID-19, more men have died.
