The Culver-Union Township Public Library has announced a reopening date. The library says its board of directors has agreed to reopen to the public on a limited basis on June 15. It will operate Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All patrons and staff will be asked to wear masks, and no meeting room reservations will be taken from outside organizations for now. As part of its COVID-19 Safety Measures Plan, the library will also make hand sanitizer available to the public and require social distancing.
Currently, the library is offering curbside checkout, and the public is only allowed in the computer lab by appointment only.
