Marshall County Health Department officials confirmed that a third person has died from COVID-19 in Marshall County.
Marshall County Health Administrator Ashley Garcia said no other information about the patient would be released.
She encourages residents to continue with social distancing practices, and frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Face coverings are highly recommended when out in public.
