The Francesville Fall Festival has been canceled due to COVID-19. The festival committee made the decision Thursday, according to a post on the Francesville Fall Festival Facebook page.
With school about to start, organizers say they were concerned about the possibility of exposing children to the virus, as well as older people. The committee promised to return vendor entry fees soon.
