Pulaski County businesses can now apply for up to $10,000 in COVID-19 relief. The county has been awarded $250,000 through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs’ COVID-19 Response Program.
The funding is available to qualifying businesses with 100 or fewer employees. Specific grant amounts for each business will be determined based on need and the availability of funding. The county says preference will be given to businesses with 20 or fewer employees, those that faced the biggest impact by being deemed nonessential during the pandemic, and those that have demonstrated commitment to the community, among other factors.
Applications can be found on Pulaski County’s website. They’re due to the county’s Community Development Commission by Monday, September 28 at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
Meanwhile, businesses in North Judson have until this afternoon at 4:00 CDT to apply for a grant from that community’s share of COVID-19 Response Program funding.
