N.J.-S.P. School Board to Take Comments on Use of Bond Proceeds for Bus Garage Upgrades

Whether the North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation should use excess bond proceeds from its elementary project to upgrade the bus garage will be the topic of a public hearing during tonight’s school board meeting. A bus garage replacement project was put on hold earlier this year, after bids came in higher than expected.

The school board will also get updates on the elementary project and the school corporation’s COVID-19 response. A policy updating the school corporation’s sexual harassment response procedures will be up for the board’s final approval tonight, as well as a number of year-end budget-related actions. A bus purchase will also be up for the school board’s approval tonight.

Tonight’s North Judson-San Pierre School Board meeting starts at 5:30 in the Central Office Board Meeting Room.
