Eastern Pulaski School Board Opens Public Hearing for Teacher Bargaining

Three educators spoke during the public hearing where they asked the school board to continue to listen to educators on what is needed to be successful and directed focus to funding schools, resources and educators and to continue to support educators on the mentioned topics.

They also spoke of the value of public education as the collective bargaining process takes place.

After the public comment period, Rausch adjourned the public hearing.  Later in the regular session, School Board Member Joe Cunningham thanked all educators and employees for the support.

The collective bargaining process will commence with formal approval of contracts in a future board meeting.
