The SCILL Center students are continuing the tradition of helping eligible Knox residents with leaf raking again this fall.
Knox Mayor Dennis Estok is currently taking names of residents who would benefit from this volunteer service. Any senior citizen or those with physical limitations who cannot perform the task of raking leaves may call the Mayor’s Office at 574-772-4553 to get on the list. The deadline to be put on the list is Friday, November 19 by the end of the business day.
The students will be raking leaves at 20 residences this year within the city limits. It has been a volunteer effort by the SCILL Center students for many years
