The Knox Community School Board held a public hearing Monday night concerning the proposed contract for the corporation superintendent.
The contract remains the same from this school year to the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years. The basic salary is $115,500 with the board’s contribution of health, vision and dental insurance costs, along with long-term disability insurance, term life insurance, tax sheltered annuity, and Social Security. The superintendent would receive 20 days of paid vacation per year, and 11 paid holidays.
