The Indiana Department of Health Strike Team will be in Pulaski County Friday, February 4, and Saturday, February 5.
The health officials were supposed to be at the Winamac Knights of Columbus Wednesday and Thursday also, but the forecasted snow storm pushed back the visit to Friday and Saturday.
The Strike Team will offer free COVID-19 testing and vaccines at the Winamac Knights of Columbus at 340 E. 50 N. from noon to 8 p.m. ET on Friday and Saturday. Rapid tests be offered to those eligible through Indiana Department of Health guidelines and PCR tests will be available to everyone.
Both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available for the first and second series of shots, as well as booster doses. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered to children ages 5-17.
No appointments are necessary.
