Natasha Bradley Found Guilty on Attempted Burglary Charge in Starke Circuit Court Trial

A two-day trial in Starke Circuit Court this week resulted in a guilty verdict.

Natasha Bradley, of Knox, was on trial on an amended charge of attempted burglary as a Level 5 Felony.  Evidence was presented by Starke County Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Poulos and Defense Attorney Richard Ballard that Bradley unlawfully entered a residence on Toto Road with the intent to commit the offense of theft. 

Testimony was given by the victim and police officers who worked the case, as well as a forensic scientist from the Indiana State Police Lowell Post Lab.

Starke Circuit Court Judge Kim Hall presided over the trial. 

Sentencing will be Thursday, April 14 at 11 a.m. CT.
