Highway department crews continue to work to clear trees, limbs, and other debris from roads after Monday’s severe storms. Electric crews are also attempting to get power restored to many area residents.
According to the Starke County Highway Department, several roads are closed in the county due to downed trees and power lines including 100 E. between 250 N. and State Road 8, 350 E. between 500 S. and State Road 10, 250 N. and Range Road, 600 E. between 100 N. and 200 N., 900 E. and State Road 23, and 800 W. between 800 S. and 900 S.
