The North Judson-San Pierre School Board heard an update during their last meeting from Superintendent Kelly Shepherd about the start of the school year.
Shepherd said, “We will have our staff breakfast at 8 a.m. on August 5, and on the evening of Monday, August 5 we will have a 7th grade orientation and we will also have an Elementary Meet the Teacher night. Our local PTO will be involved with that with lots of fun activities for the kids. Of course, our first student day is coming on August 7.”
Additionally, Shepherd shared with the board that a presentation will be held in September pertaining to roofing and rooftop solar project.
