The Town of Winamac is conducting hydrant flushing today and tomorrow (Monday, October 28 and Tuesday, October 29).
Customers should know that the routine maintenance of flushing fire hydrants helps with water flow and eliminates sediment build-up. It will cause temporary discoloration of the water. The water can be cleared up by running cold water from a bathtub or outdoor faucet.
