The Knox Community School Board will meet tonight where they will hold a public hearing concerning Ed-Flex waivers for increased flexibility in the hiring process of paraprofessionals for all schools.
Technology Director Khris Beever will provide an update on the technology department, and Speech and Language Pathologist Elizabeth Howard will be spotlighted where she will discuss the alternate communications devices she is using to help her non-verbal students.
The board will discuss NEOLA policies, and the approval of casualty, property and liability insurance. Superintendent Greg Mikulich will have a construction update, and the board will accept donations.
The Knox Community School Board will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. CT in the Administration Office at #2 Redskin Trail in Knox.
The board will hold a special meeting Monday, November 11 for the purpose of discussing the 2024-2025 tentative agreement between the Knox Federation of Teachers and the Knox Community School Board.
