The Knox Community School Board will meet tonight where Knox Community School Corporation Chief of Police Harold Smith will provide an update on the corporation’s police department.
The Knox Middle School’s Culture of Excellence will be spotlighted and the building principals will have building updates.
The board members will review a resolution that allows up to $2 million to be transferred from the Education Fund to the Operations Fund which is a standard procedure, and a resolution that would allow the Treasurer to make payment on financial obligations in a timely manner and present those details to the board.
The board will also made decisions on a salary increase for administrators, directors and salaried employees, and the distribution of Teacher Appreciation Grants.
The Knox Community School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. CT tonight in the board room in the Administration Building at #2 Redskin Trail in Knox.
