The Knox Community School Board members reviewed the 2025-2026 school calendar during their meeting last week.
Superintendent Greg Mikulich said the calendar looks similar to this year’s calendar. The first day for teachers would be August 4 and the first student day would be August 6, 2025. The last day of school would be May 29, 2026 and the breaks throughout the school year would be the same. A synchronous learning day is planned for September 10.
The board will formally approve the calendar in a future meeting.
In other business, Superintendent Mikulich said that the next siding project on the north and south sides of the High School will be put out to bid this month. Those bids will be opened and reviewed in an upcoming meeting.
