A Knox man was recently arrested after an investigation by the Indiana State Police concerning an Internet Crimes against Children CyberTip.
Court documents state that Drake Jenkins, 28, sent inappropriate photos to an underage user through Snapchat and had obtained images and videos as apparent child pornography in incidents between April and May 2024.
Jenkins was arrested and booked into the Starke County Justice Center January 24 where he faces a charge of possession of child pornography with a bond of $3,000 cash.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
