Don Darda, on behalf of Pulaski County Tribe, reminded the Winamac Town Council members Monday night that the organization is holding an Arts and Culture Creative Conception Celebration Thursday, March 20 at One Eyed Jacks Celebration Station from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
