
The Winamac Town Council will meet tonight where the council members will hear from several people during public input including Winamac Fire Chief Bill Weaver, members of the Pulaski County Tribe, Community Foundation of Pulaski County Executive Director Leeann Wright, Aaron Hoover from the Cemetery Committee and Al Breyfogle.
Town Manager Brad Zellers will discuss cemetery mowing and will present a green energy agreement. He will also give an update on Main Street.
Clerk-Treasurer Kendra Craft will present fire contracts for approval and a letter sent to townships regarding a consideration of an increase in the contracts next year. She will also ask the council to approve changes to qualifying police certifications.
An ordinance amending various fee schedules will be reviewed for consideration.
Fire truck funding will also be a topic of discussion.
The Winamac Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. ET tonight at the Winamac Utilities Complex at 623 W. 11th Street in Winamac.
